Delete your ORWELL Today account
ORWELL Today is provided by Atlantium AI. You can request permanent account deletion from the mobile app or by email.
In the app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Account and choose Delete account.
- Read the notice, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.
This deletes your sign-in account, saved questions and answers, and ORWELL account-linked usage and billing references. It cancels owned ORWELL website subscriptions immediately, without an automatic refund, and closes pending checkouts. Stripe may retain transaction records required by law.
Deletion is irreversible. Anonymous, pseudonymous anti-abuse counters are separate from your account and expire under their existing retention limits. A non-reversible keyed account identifier is retained to prevent a recently deleted session from recreating your account.
Request deletion without the app
Email Info@atlantiumai.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject ORWELL Today account deletion. We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send passwords or payment card details.
To delete individual saved answers without deleting your account, open Saved Answers and delete the entries you no longer want.
